What will I receive?

Diabetes Clarity Weekly brings together diabetes news and research, practical ideas, and links to our latest articles and meal inspiration. The newsletter is scheduled for Mondays.

Do I need to tell you which type of diabetes I have?

No. Topic choices are optional and describe what you want to read. Please don’t include a diagnosis or other sensitive health information in your signup details.

How are my details handled?

Your signup is sent to Diabetes Clarity’s self-hosted n8n server in the United States to process your subscription. We collect the name and email details you enter, optional topic interests, signup source and signup time. These are used to manage the newsletter and your preferences. Read our Privacy Policy, or contact admin@diabetesclarity.com with questions.

Is the newsletter medical advice?

No. It provides general education and does not replace advice from your GP, diabetes educator or dietitian. Speak with your healthcare team before changing medication, treatment, diet or activity.
